David supports leaders and change facilitator to explore and build inner skills of bio-awareness, appreciation, audacity, commitment, curiosity, empathy, equanimity, interbeing and transtemporality and leverage them to learn strategies and tools to become a more creative and effective family member, team member, leader and change facilitator.

David's approach is based on knowledge and practices of adult development, leadership and change facilitation that he has researched, integrated and incorporated in his own life through a 15-year intertwined exploration of personal and organizational transformation. This learning journey has played out as he has grappled with his own transformation to become more effective as a family member, entrepreneur, corporate manager, scientific researcher, development worker, and public servant in very different settings in Latin America, Africa, Asia and North America, which have all lead to a deeper exploration of his inner world.
David is co-anchor of Micelio, a Loving Living Lab that supports leaders and change facilitators that seek to nourish the inner and outer capacities they need to face the complex challenges of the 21st century. He recently led the Costa Rican government's innovation policy, holds a Masters in International Development from Harvard University, and has been through various training processes to build a well rounded transformative toolbox.
